US Border Patrol Agent Shoots Down Suspected Cartel-operated Drone
A suspected cartel-operated drone was shot down near the border wall after a US Border Patrol agent opened fire, according to newly released footage. Cartels increasingly use drones for surveillance, smuggling coordination and tracking law enforcement—turning the border into a low-altitude battlefield.

Re: US Border Patrol Agent Shoots Down Suspected Cartel-operated Drone
Nice I wonder what it dropped. Was that only a single shot that brought it down? How is it this guy and shoot it down so easily when we see countless drones killing Russian soldiers who never can shoot down those drones that explode in their faces. |

Damn. I think I'd let it get a little further away before shooting it down. That bitch almost dropped right on top of their ass.

Re: US Border Patrol Agent Shoots Down Suspected Cartel-operated Drone
This one is way larger and hardly moved so an easy shooting target for a practised shooter. Ukrainians use way smaller ones that constant move and for a "soldier" that was recruted because of the payment he's going to earn or to get a free out of prison card and that finished maybe a 2 or 3 week training it's nearly impossible to shoot smaller ones down especially when you're fleeing/moving yourself. https://www.businessinsider.com/ukra...onetsk-2025-11 |

Re: US Border Patrol Agent Shoots Down Suspected Cartel-operated Drone
These drones will likely be shooting back/dropping explody packages and mines soon, as the (foreign) drone arms race ramps up at US borders. It feels like cartel members' motivations might be a bit more straightforward and potentially better funded than those of russian soldiers.
