Insane. One country can’t violate sovereignty like this, especially on “trumped” up charges of … trafficking narcotics? And it’s reported congress/foreign affairs wasn’t consulted. Dude was and is a war criminal.

Not a fan of dictators or most drugs but come on, really? :

If there is anything everyone should have learned about Trump by now it is to hold opinions and wait for it. Maduro is a cartel leader and all around crook. It WILL be proven in court. Simple as that. The tears that are being shed over this right now will be dried within a few days and it will be on to the next thing. Short of updates on maduro's trial of course.

Believe it or not you can with simultaneously dislike a person and agree that unilateral decisions to invade a foreign county and abduct its leader without even alerting congress let alone nations and allies is BAD.

Some sources claim that Maduro was betrayed by his military generals. And that's highly likely, it seem there is no defense against the USA forces.
I wonder if Trump did it because of his own(family) petrol interests or it is because of the USA oil interests. For sure this is not about drugs or democracy!

Let’s not act like fighting for oil is a bad thing. The entire world runs on oil…everything you touch in your home is either made from a petroleum product or made by something that uses it…who controls the oil has the power. It’s what you do with that power is what matters.
