Yes, this happened in the main strip of Washington, DC. The national mall spans from the Capitol building to the Lincoln memorial. In the same area the lady was shot to death in her car the day before.

Yeah I guess it's okay that he's on fire but rear end nudity is a no-no I guess  As far as why he did it people can only speculate it was involving the government shut down. The media doesn't seem to be asking where the person is who appeared to be part of this, claims are another guy was filming it on a tripod nearby. As far as the folks in the picture I guess they're trying to help. |
