Re: *Update* George Zimmerman Shot at in Florida
If the courts started convicting based on personality flaws, there would be a ton of legally innocent assholes in prison. I'm sure the judge, jury, hell his own lawyer had an opinion of his dickheadedness. But in the case of law, he was innocent. |

Look at how Jose Baez fooled us all, (well he did me), getting that cunt Casey Anthony off for murdering that beautiful little baby girl because, although ruled a homicide by Dr. Jan Geravalgia, she could not determine the cause! |

Re: *Update* George Zimmerman Shot at in Florida
It's a pattern of violent behaviour, usually involving a weapon ( and that weapon is sometimes a gun ). It's far, far beyond a personality flaw. A personality flaw would be me talking at work about the subjects I do here, IE religion politics and other divisive shit.......... Calling his actions a personality flaw? C'mon dude He was found innocent based on his own evidence, and no other witness that was able to either verify or nullify it. |

Re: *Update* George Zimmerman Shot at in Florida
I knew a guy that went through the court system more than once, and sometimes got off...... He explained that it's all in the way things get portrayed to the jury, almost like a movie in a sense It's supposed to be a black and white issue, right vs wrong, but a good defence attorney will try to blur the lines, create doubt, make a jury sympathetic..... It's really messed up, it's manipulation, psychology, but it works sometimes |
