*Update* George Zimmerman Agrees to Celebrity Boxing Match for Charity
"It was my idea,' the heavyweight gunslinger told Radar Online of his upcoming plans orchestrated by former professional boxer Damon Feldman. Zimmerman called boxing a hobby he had 'prior to the incident' and one he's since started up again. Who wants the first shot? George Zimmerman has announced he's putting up his dukes for a celebrity boxing match — one that still needs an opponent. "It was my idea," the heavyweight gunslinger told Radar Online of his upcoming plans orchestrated by former professional boxer Damon Feldman. Zimmerman called boxing a hobby he had "prior to the incident" — that incident allegedly being the shooting death of Florida teen Trayvon Martin in 2012 — and one he's since started up again. In a newly released photo of Zimmerman showing off his guns — of the flesh and blood variety — he grins from ear-to-ear with two balled-up fists in the air. Feldman told TMZ that Zimmerman will be open to boxing any person, black or white, but they won't be discriminating and "looking at it as a race thing." And while, all jokes aside, the former neighborhood watchman has put on some weight since his trial, he argues that he's recently been getting back in shape. "I was actually going to the gym for weight loss and doing boxing-type training for weight loss and a mutual friend put me in contact with Damon and provided me with an opportunity and motivation to get back in shape and continue with my weight loss goals and also be able to help a charity out," he told Radar. Proceeds of the match will be donated to a charity yet to be announced, according to Feldman. Anyone looking to step into the ring and fight George, can email: fightgeorge@hotmail.com. Judging by his Twitter feed alone, there will be many takers. http://www.nydailynews.com/news/nati...icle-1.1597473 |

Zimmerman is a joke. Couldn't even take on a teenager, calls murder self-defense. What a joke of a man. Hell, i'll challenge the swine, I wouldn't mind going a couple of rounds with the filthy gerbil and knock some sense into Fatman |
