On the one-year anniversary of the controversial Casey Anthony verdict, new evidence has been revealed about incest accusations made during the trial.

Defense attorney Jose Baez is out with a new book about the case, in which he reveals that Anthony suspected her dad was the father of her dead daughter Caylee, Fox News reports.

Anthony also wondered if her father had killed the 2-year-old to hide evidence of the incest, Baez writes in the book, "Presumed Guilty - Casey Anthony: The Inside Story," which was released this week.

Last year Anthony was accused of murdering her two-year-old daughter and attempting to cover it up by disposing of the remains and lying to police. In a shock verdict she was found not guilty of the murder, and jailed for four years for lesser charges around the false claims.

During the highly publicized trial Baez argued that Anthony had been sexually abused by her father, George Anthony, from age 12. George denied the accusations in court, and DNA evidence proved he wasn't Caylee's father.

But Baez writes in his book that George made no such denial when he was approached by the defense out of court.

"When we sat him down and we talked to him he didn't deny it,” Baez told CBS News. “He just sat there and wanted to know what more she had to say.”

He writes in the book, "[HE] sat for perhaps 40 seconds with his head bowed. He didn't say a word. We certainly noted that he didn't deny it.”

Baez alleges in “Presumed Guilty” that Anthony’s father tapered off the sexual abuse because he was worried about getting his daughter pregnant.

Book Claims Casey Anthony Had A “Child of Incest”
Jose Baez, Casey Anthony’s defense attorney, has released a tell-all book on the trial.

The book, "Presumed Guilty: Casey Anthony: The Inside Story", focuses on the attorney’s experience defending his client, who was presumed guilty by the media and the public.

In the book, Baez claims that when he first examined the trunk of his client’s car, it “smelled like a dead body.”

Yet, Baez also tries to paint a sympathetic picture of Anthony, who was acquitted of the murder of her two-year-old daughter. Baez claims Anthony has serious mental issues and suffered abuse at the hands of her own father.

The lawyer says detectives should have realized Casey had built a, “fantasy world,” and had, “serious mental health issues.”

ABC reports that Baez also discusses the elaborate escape plan his team put together to hide Anthony once she was released from jail following her acquittal for the murder of her daughter, Caylee.

“As soon as we walked out that door, I heard screams, the way teenagers screamed for Justin Bieber at one of his concerts,” Baez wrote about the moment Anthony exited the jail. “I’m certain they were yelling ‘Baby killer’ and the like, but after going from total silence to the sound of insanity, neither one of us could make out a single word they were saying.”

The book also suggests that Anthony was sexually assaulted by her father and that Caylee was his daughter.

“It all began when Casey was eight years old and her father came into her room and began to touch her inappropriately and it escalated … She could be 14 years old….and go to school and play with the other kids as if nothing [had] happened,” Baez said.

George Anthony denied the allegations when he was called to the stand to testify.

The book also alleges that Casey Anthony was molested by her brother. Casey Anthony allegedly suggested her brother had learned the behavior from their father.

According to the book, Anthony told a psychiatrist she was worried about the possibility that either her father or her brother was the father of her daughter.

Prior to the murder trial, Baez confronted George and told him that Casey claimed he sexually abused her. Baez said George “sat for perhaps 40 seconds with his head bowed. He didn’t say a word. We certainly noted that he didn’t deny it.”

Reviews of the book are mixed ranging from “I can’t put it down” to “Reads like a poorly written fiction.”

From what I understand the FBI/State tested both George Anthony and Casey's brother, Lee and they both came back as NOT the father. Casey and Baez are both idiotic cunts.
