Being from Philly and familiar with the armpit of Chester they need to try them as adults and put them in jail for awhile. It is only prolonging the inevitable as if they have no remorse attacking someone who is handicapped they would not hesitate to kill someone.

!EXACTLY! Make an example of them then maybe the next group of "girls gone wild" will think twice b4 they attack some helpless victim. They NEED to stop and think- what if this was my mother? would i want her 2 be treated this way??
