Undocumented Immigrant Sexually Assaults 12-Year-Old Girl He Met At Church.
BENSALEM, Pa. (CBS) — An immigrant living illegally in the United States is accused of sexually assaulting a 12-year-old girl. The Bensalem Township Police Department said in a statement that 33-year-old Jorge Luis Ramirez, an undocumented immigrant from Honduras, sexually assaulted the girl over a dozen times. The investigation started earlier this week when the girl’s parents reported to police their daughter was being sexually assaulted by Ramirez. Police said the girl was initially approached by Ramirez while attending services at Redemption Episcopal Church at 1101 2nd Street Pike in Southampton. Ramirez has been charged with aggravated indecent assault of a child, indecent assault of a child, corruption of minors, and unlawful contact with a minor. The difference is that if he wasn't over here to begin with, this never would have taken place. If you had a daughter that got repeatedly sexually assaulted by this guy I doubt you would say, "Ohhh, well she just would've gotten raped by someone else anyway, so whatevz...he'll go to jail now".   |

Going through a legal immigration process shows a willingness to abide by and assimilate the laws and culture of this country. There's no doubt that what is against the law and societal norms are different in other countries, Immigrants and visitors need to be processed into their new environment. |

My reaction would be the same regardless of immigration status. But, I guess we can't even take care of the us citizens that Get out of prison. We can't even rehabilitate criminals so I can see why you'd be mad considering he'll Get locked up And forgotten |
