Militaries employing merceneries..because thats what they are. I mean Uruguay supplies up to 60% of the soldiers in the U.N that is their main export, soldiers for hire. Take 50 people and 1 of them will be a rapist in waiting or a psychopath, take 500 armed men who kill people for a living and this is bound to happen. |

Oh yes and did you know that in nearly EVERY case where U.N soldiers have commited attrocities, the soldiers havent been European or American. Food for thought.
