That's the inherent lie about communism. In theory it works, making everyone equal and distributing wealth. But when the system was set up based on corruption and those with the wealth at the time keeping power, it became no different the old Monarchy. It's been an Oligarchy since communism fell, not a true democracy.

really don't understand where you're coming from. The number of nukes in Russia isn't published information. So if you're pointing towards some article to back up your claim I think that's naive.
