U.S. Man Busted After Inadvertently Appearing in ‘How to Grow Marijuana’ Videos
Cheech or Chong? Kyle Berry, of Auburn, NH, thought he'd been extremely careful in hiding his face when posting his 35 how-to videos — what the 40-year-old didn't realize was that his face and name were shown. By Lee Moran / NEW YORK DAILY NEWS Wednesday, August 28, 2013, 9:35 AM Kyle Berry plead guilty in court after police yanked him like a weed from his Auburn, N.H., home, (photo below). What a dope! A New Hampshire pot farmer was busted after inadvertently appearing in, "How to Grow Marijuana," videos he uploaded online. Kyle Berry may have been showing off his seed labels — but cops were more interested in his reflection is seen in a shiny surface behind them, (photo below). Kyle Berry, 40, thought he'd been extremely careful in hiding his face when posting the 35 anonymous clips to YouTube. Seedlings are displayed during an aptly named, 'How to Grow Marijuana,' video posted on YouTube. But the dimwitted drug manufacturer didn't realize that he was being reflected off a shiny surface, (photo). Short-term memory loss? Kyle Berry forgot his name was on a package from a marijuana seed company. He also forgot to remove a package — containing marijuana seeds imported from the UK and which showed his full name — from view, (photo below). Cops were tipped off about the clips and raided Berry's Auburn home. Kyle Berry posted 35 clips on YouTube that he thought were anonymous — earning himself a year in jail. He initially claimed he was growing the weed for his own use after undergoing 17 surgeries, reports WMUR-TV. But on Tuesday he pleaded guilty to manufacturing a controlled drug and was sentenced to one year in jail, with four months suspended, and fined $500. |

I don't think the people who smoke pot are criminals. They're usually only interested in eating and watching stupid tv shows or listening to the same songs over and over. Getting someone to go out to get food is a challenge You can always call the pizza dude. |

Re: U.S. Man Busted After Inadvertently Appearing in ‘How to Grow Marijuana’ Videos
There was a guy that lived about an hour from me that was posting up videos of his grow on youtube. He got progressively cockier and proud of his work, until he was the victim of a home invasion where the robbers were looking for his grow. Because he was constantly updating his videos, they knew when to target him to get the plants at maturity. He was severely beaten with a hammer and managed to get away, but his neighbors called the Cops and he was then charged for production and possession for trafficking. The last video he posted was of the aftermath of the Police raid, and the worst part of that was the Police had only found what the robbers had left behind. He had videos on his youtube channel of many more plants than what he was charged with, and in the aftermath pics he didn't hide his face. This guy was hands down the stupidest, most arrogant MFer I have ever seen. Even letting it be known where you live and then posing a vid on youtube will get you fucked, I sent him a PM and told him youtube WILL give up your IP to the Cops if they request it.... He ignored it...... When I explained that him posting up his face beside his grow was EVIDENCE that would be used against him he grew a brain and deleted the account. |
