Two People in Court for Uploading Autopsy Pics to Website
SALA 'GHOULS' IN COURT Emiliano Sala pair ‘took grim pics of footballer’s post-mortem after watching it on REPEAT on CCTV TWO people have appeared in court accused of accessing mortuary CCTV to watch tragic Emiliano Sala's post-mortem on repeat before leaking grim pictures of his body. Christopher Ashford, 62, is said to have watched the autopsy six times over 48 hours after the Cardiff footballer died in a plane crash. ![]() ![]() He is accused of illegally accessing CCTV at Bournemouth Mortuary and replaying a post-mortem along with Sherry Bray, 48. Bray also allegedly watched the post-mortem live on February 7 and then shared an image of the dead footballer on social media. The pair appeared at Swindon Magistrates Court today - where prosecutors alleged Bray perverted the course of justice by deleting pictures of the ace before instructing Ashford to do the same. Both Ashford and Bray are also accused of replaying the autopsy of grandfather Andrew Latcham, whose body was found in a Dorset river in April last year. PLANE CRASH Argentina international Sala died when the plane taking him to Cardiff crashed into the English Channel on January 21. His body was recovered on February 6 and a post-mortem examination took place at Bournemouth Mortuary the following day. But a week later, police were alerted to an image on Twitter apparently showing his remains during the examination. Magistrates bailed the pair to appear before Swindon Crown Court on for a plea and trial preparation hearing on August 9. Ashford, of Calne, faces six charges of causing a computer to perform a function to secure "unauthorised access" to a program or data, contrary to the Computer Misuse Act 1990. He is alleged to have watched the post mortem on February 9 at 9.40pm and 11.23pm, on February 10 at 2.32am and 6.58am, and on February 11 at 1.26am and 9.35pm. Bray, of Corsham, is charged with three counts of the same charge as well as sending an offensive/indecent/obscene/menacing message" of Sala contrary to the Communications Act 2003. ![]() ![]() ![]() |

Big whoop. All this faux-outrage. People should have the right to view death in its purest form. No sugarcoating reality. Bourgeoisie morality is a joke. |

Re: Two People in Court for Uploading Autopsy Pics to Website
The Oath they take: I do solemnly swear By that which I hold most sacred: That I shall be loyal to the Funeral Service Profession And just and generous to its members; That I shall not let the constant relationship and familiarity with death give me cause to yield to carelessness or to violate my obligation to society or to the dignity of my profession; That into whatsoever house I shall enter, it shall be for the benefit and comfort of those bereaved; That I shall abstain from every voluntary act of misconduct or corruption; That I shall obey the Civil Laws; That I shall not divulge professional confidences; And that I shall be faithful to those who have placed their trust in me. While I continue to keep this oath unviolated, may it be granted to me to enjoy the honor, in my life and in my profession, and may I be respected by people for all time. This guy was breaking data rules to watch back autopsies. I would not put it far past him to hold some sort of fetish about dead bodies and should not be anywhere near them. They only released the footage of this guy for money, because he was famous. If all deaths start being able to be put online, what other degrading acts can the morticians be allowed to do? Mexico and Brazil - take a look at those countries. Death is everywhere. They don't care, all over the news sites - death and torture. So if that's what you want....... I suggest you think about it a bit more. People over here are not used to this sort of behaviour and find it abhorrent. They would stop trusting the morticians and morgue workers. God knows where that would lead to. So, yeah. In other words, what you just said will never happen. |
