Re: Twitter Doubles Down: Milo’s Podcast Account Banned
The article that Milo is applauding here was written by a man named Joshua Goldberg. Mr Goldberg is currently facing domestic terrorism charges, and is IMHO a very scary individual. He's done to much to mention all of it here, but suffice it to say if you're looking to kill 10 minutes you'll get a much better understanding of just what you're dealing with. |

Re: Twitter Doubles Down: Milo’s Podcast Account Banned
I would guess that is because Howard Stern has his own platform that he owns to use for a pulpit. If Howard Stern went on a 3rd party site, with its own terms & conditions, then he'd need to abide by those terms & conditions. Howard stern uses the Howard Stern show to be an asshole, not Twitter or Facebook. I'd suspect that Milo encouraging people to bully, and his association with an accused right wing terrorist also played a part. Its probably not something Twitter wanted to be associated with. I think if you look at Joshua Goldberg you'd get a much better understanding........ It goes far beyond just words and bullying. |

Re: Twitter Doubles Down: Milo’s Podcast Account Banned
That's true to a point. Part of what Milo does is clown the Clowns to 'shove in their faces' the fact that they are Clowns...clowning. He makes some excellent points and can converse quite cogently. But when people try to mindf*ck him...he is also capable of releasing his 'Inner Stern' and can give as well (or better in most cases) than what he gets. He basically turns on the light in rooms full of vampires. The Left hate him for his 'sin' of showing them to themselves. I'm not a big fan of the campy gay routine myself, but... Oh ok, admit i never tweet, twit or twurk! Just googled him when i saw this and it seemed like a similar show type thing. One of those if you like it stay, if you don't leave. Understand the fuss if he's breaking the known rules. I remember Howard catching hell from the fcc.

Re: Twitter Doubles Down: Milo’s Podcast Account Banned
To me, Milo is like a lot of people. I can stand them to a point...but then I've had enough. Like Stern, I actually used to laugh at him but I've heard his whole schtick and that's enough. Nothing against him. Stern represents the degradation of America. When he started, he was outrageous, shocking, 'cutting edge', etc. Now he's just..."meh". Stern hasn't changed a bit. America has though. |

For me, I think that it was more of the 'guilty pleasure' of temporarily 'sneaking back' to experience just a little bit more of adolescence. Life was more carefree then. |

Re: Twitter Doubles Down: Milo’s Podcast Account Banned
Didn't really play out like that. But let's put it into perspective here. Milo, a outspoken anti-feminist, anti-liberal, Briebert columnist that has made success on ruffling college tard's feathers for a year previously, criticizes a clearly feminist fueled Hollywood production, which by all rights isn't inciting any level of bullying. The people that bullied Leslie Jones did so on their own accord. Leslie Jones went all victimized instead of simply shutting it out and not responding, which just fueled them even further. Milo was simply the scapegoat so that Twitter seemingly took some form of "action"... |
