[PoetsOfTheFall]

A brave man has been recorded on video potentially saving the lives of hundreds near a gas station in Turkey where a tanker truck depositing fuel suddenly caught on fire. Upon seeing the fire, the fast-thinking truck driver Engin Koçak attempted to put out the flames. However, seeing that this was futile he had to resort to more drastic measures.

Instead of fleeing, Koçak hopped behind the wheel of the tanker, driving it away from the station and nearby houses while it was still on fire. He eventually managed to drive it away to a safe area more than half a mile away before leaving it and running for his own life.

Thankfully, no one was seriously injured and there was no major damage to report though there were a few burnt out cars. The start of the fire is believed to be static electricity.

Almost a dead hero there
i admit it, he has more guts than me.

Another thing which Hollywood writers will rip-off use in the next action movie.
Or they just may do a mini-series about the truck driver's life story.

Now that's a professional driver.
