Re: Tunisia Hotel Attack

Way to show how strong you guys are. Killing unarmed people on vacation.
At least they didn't die miserable, like they would have if he had killed them while they were at work.

Re: Tunisia Hotel Attack

Tunisia declares a state of emergency

Tunisia's president has just declared a state of emergency.

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/worl...emergency.html
It was not immediately clear why he made the declaration now - whether it was in response to a specific threat, or just on the recommendation of his advisors. A state of emergency temporarily gives the government more flexibility and the army and police more authority, and restricts the right of public assembly.
He is due to give a press conference later this afternoon.

Tunisia last had a state of emergency during the 2011 uprising against autocrat Zine El-Abidine Ben Ali.

No big surprise.

Libya has been in a downward spiral since before Qaddafi died. It was just a matter of time before it started to spill over into neighboring countries.

Re: Tunisia Hotel Attack

Get rid of religion and you get rid of this.

I mean, I hate to promote Stalin, but the League of Militant Atheists is needed today

The problem today is the moo slum DEATH Cult solely.

None of the other 'religions' are causing any real problems.

Ah you've never heard of Lord's Resistance Army (Christian) or the Hutaree Militia (also Christian)

Also Israel's Likud party has deep roots in religious (Jewish) terrorism

The Japanese Emperor also cited Buddhism as a reason why Japan should colonize Asia, not Europe.

Any time you have a "my reality is more real than your reality" you have violence
