Someone in a live chat from a commentator broadcast I'm tuned into right now write that some source shared on Twitter that Trump's injury is not a gun shot but glass shrapnel from a teleprompter that a bullet hit. Anyone else hear this and know if the source of the claim is credible? Sounds more plausible than the shooter being such a good shot yet still missing by a hair.

did some visual comparison and this is a rough number for how far the shot was, about a 150m shot, he didnt hit a damn thing because hes inexperienced and dead as shit now.

There’s a report on BBC news from a witness that said a speaker was hit by a bullet and fell so I guess there’s a chance it was shrapnel that cut his ear

The gunman believed to have been behind the attempted assassination attempt on former President Donald Trump Saturday was shot and killed by Secret Service, sources told The Post.

The shooter, identified as a Chinese man, was in a sniper position located hundreds of yards away from Trump’s podium in Butler, Pa. as he spoke to a campaign crowd, sources said.
