No, the one you show is for Fulton County, Georgia. Mine is from the U.S. Federal District Court. But YOURS has a LOT more places he can plead guilty in it!  |

One thing I can appreciate is how swiftly the judge has been to quash his defense's attempts at delaying the proceedings. Sick and tired of this dude dragging his feet and the system behind him like a stupid pelt....and these constant attacks to discredit one of the main pillars of our civilization...just for another puny four-year term. Like fucking get over it, dude. Go retire to a beach full of naked barely legal women or something. |

YUP!! THIS is the ONE! Although I am liking the one in Georgia right now, especially since she demanded that all the defendants surrender and be processed by August 25, or be hunted down and arrested! Doesn't sound like she's going to put up with much shit from them.  |

Hell, even I'LL concede that there's a very good chance that this is a political maneuver, but you know what: Umptray handed this move to his opponents on a silver plate. If he is found not guilty, it will definitely strengthen the conviction of his base. If he is found guilty, then he will have to face the stupid consequences of his stupid actions. Constitution; freedom; liberty. None of these terms you're tossing around have anything to do with what he's being accused of. |
