Topless Woman Under Influence of Bath Salts Runs Topless Along Benner Pike
CENTRE COUNTY, Pa. — A Centre County woman is in trouble with the law after she was spotted running topless along a section of Benner Pike late Tuesday night. Police said 28-year-old Stephanie Watkins, of Bellefonte, was under the influence of bath salts.
