Two young siblings died after their mother allegedly left them in a hot car for three hours as punishment.

Cynthia Marie Randolph, 24, has been charged with causing the deaths of Juliet Ramirez, two, and Cavanaugh Ramirez, who was 16 months old.
She initially told police they had locked themselves in the vehicle at her home near Lake Weatherford, Texas, on May 26, when temperatures were 35.5C.
But she later changed her story and admitted she left them in the car to teach her daughter a lesson, according to the Parker County Sheriff’s office.
They had apparently initially refused to leave the car and had been playing inside.
Police added Randolph thought her daughter could open the door herself.
Randolph allegedly returned around three hours later after having smoked marijuana in her home and found her children unconscious in the vehicle.

She confessed to police she had smashed the car windows to make it seem as if they had locked themselves inside and she was trying to help them, as she previously claimed.

The children were pronounced dead at around 16:30, which was four hours after they had been left in the car.
Randolph will be charged with two counts of causing serious bodily injury to a child.

Soooooo, simple way to figure out her punishment. Lock her in a vehicle in the middle of the day in the summer in Texas...... leave her there ALL day. The bleeding hearts will say it's cruel and unusual punishment, though. What about those babies? That was cruelty in its finest. Horrid bitch will roast in hell.
