Well considering that the US and UK forces cant legally detain them, they have found a way around it.

That Mercenery group called err BlackCaravan or something..i dont remember. Anyway they are "following" the UK and US ships and then taking over and using "lethal force" against the pirates. as the other ships turn a blind eye..good to know imo.

'Black caravan'? Do you mean Blackwater? If so then the way they work is that they 'confiscate' equipment and sell it on to make a profit. Nothing wrong with it as far as i care, but they are real hardarse bastards.
