Delaware State Police have arrested a man they say raped the same woman nine times in 2010 and 2011.

35 year old, Jorge Arellano, of New Castle, was arrested Monday during a traffic stop.

Troopers say Arellano confronted the woman at gunpoint in a Wilmington parking lot in January, 2013.

Officers say he forced the woman into his car and touched her inappropriately while threatening her.

He eventually let her go, police said.

However, police say, while investigating that alleged crime, troopers learned of other incidents involving the same woman.

Arellano has been charged with nine counts of rape and numerous other offenses.

He is being held on $1.7 million cash bail.

After the now all too common irritating as fuck commercial, the vid works just fine for me guys. I'm kinda thinking, damn, maybe she should have bought some mace or some shit after oh say about the 5th time. Do ya think? Or perhaps do what should REALLY have been done, buy a gun and shoot his ass.

Shit he must feel like family by now. You get to know someone after being that close 9 times. Not to try to turn it on the victim here, but I think it's time for HER to ask what SHE can do different.

Besides after 9 times, I'm not sure the name victim still applies. Is there a limit on the amount of times the name victim can be used when the same thing happens to the same person by the same person this many times? Lol
