Teen Parents Accused of Beating Toddler into Coma in Sugarloaf
SUGARLOAF -- Sheriff's detectives arrested the parents of a toddler girl that was allegedly beaten into a coma Tuesday. Deputies from the Big Bear sheriff's station were called to the Bear Valley Hospital about a girl with injuries to her head and body. The girl was flown to Loma Linda University Children's Hospital in Loma Linda where she remains in a coma, sheriff's officials said. Pediatricians examined the 22-month-old girl and said the she had extensive injuries suspected of being caused by abuse. Following an investigation detectives arrested the victim's parents, Aaron Degrise, 18, and the mother, a 17-year-old girl. Degrise was booked at the Central Detention Center in San Bernardino for suspicion of torture and assault on a child causing coma. He is being held in lieu of $500,000 bail. The mother was booked at the San Bernardino Juvenile Hall for suspicion of willfully causing or permitting a child to be injured. She is being held without bail. I don't understand why people breed; then do this to their children. It's not hard to NOT get pregnant. I know of so many clinics in the area that give out free birth control, condoms, and just about anything else to help prevent pregnancies. I hope they burn for what they've done. |

Cause they think its going to be all fun and games like tv shows it to be and then they realize they were actually too stupid to parent and that they cant have fun anymore and resort to violence.
