We have broken people. As much as we try we can't fix them. There are many mental issues that just can't be repaired and they need to be away from us. We've had so many instances of "broken" people with firearms, access to children, and every day stress that seems to give them a pass to invoke mayhem. Just put them away and keep them away....no "Miracle" advancement with the "Axe murderers of sanity" just put them away and let them be with like problem children.

If I was the parent of that child I don't think I would be able to control myself and would be seeking revenge against that monster for the rest of my life on earth. Reminds me of my daughter very much, absolutely turns my stomach. Sick of these bitter, backward bastards who hate the world because of their feeling of entitlement and how life has treated them shit because they didn't get everything they wanted.
