A man accused of exposing himself to women as he propositioned them with Swiss cheese in the Philadelphia area is facing another set of charges after a woman came forward and made new claims against him.

Police say that they're adding another set of charges for indecent exposure and harassment against 42 year old, Christopher Pagano, in light of a woman's claim that Pagano approached her and a friend and asked them if they would like to get paid to watch him put Swiss cheese on his genitals.
The alleged incident took place last October while the women were driving home from a Halloween party.

Pagano was arrested at his Norristown home last January following a joint investigation between Norristown and Philadelphia Police.

The investigation began after a woman named Priscilla, who asked that her last name not be used, presented police with a video of a man they say is Pagano. The woman said she was sitting at a light along busy Henry Avenue in East Falls when Pagano propositioned her.

She can be heard on the video asking the man "Why do you have Swiss cheese in your car?" She also snapped a picture of the alleged suspect holding up a piece of Swiss.

At the next light, the suspect had his pants down, said the victim.

Priscilla is one of several women who came forward with stories of their encounters with the man.

Investigators say the suspect also exposed himself to others while offering them money to watch him put Swiss cheese on his genitals in several Philadelphia neighborhoods, as well as Montgomery County.

Pagano was released following his first arrest in January after posting bail. He's due in court on for his inital charges of stalking, indecent exposure and harassment on April 10.

I mean, I could see someone doing this as a goof; but evidently this guy is really committed to his cause. And it's not like Philadelphia is even known for its cheese. This dude just needs to move to Wisconsin.

I've heard similar stories from hookers on HBO documentaries. There's a lot of johns out there that just want women to watch them do strange shit to themselves, and pretty much all of the girls who take tricks like that call it the easiest money they've ever made.

Really, it's one of the most harmless ways in which a prostitute can be employed. This dude just needs to move to a place like Nevada where it's legal and it'll wind up as a win-win for everyone.

Fucking Swiss cheese is no gouda..

Maybe he should apply at Dunkin Donuts. He could put holes in donuts and occasionally make a creme filled or two. Turn his obsession into a money making job.
