Its pretty scary. No one can or ever will be the perfect picture of health no matter how much they exercise and eat right. Olympic runners collapse dead on practice runs, soccer players suffer cardiac arrest on fields in game and even Jack Lalanne died before hitting 100. Hearts fart sometimes and none of us are immune |
