Suspects Sought for 'Lewd Act' in Newark, Delaware
Action News NEWARK, Delaware - March 17, 2014 (WPVI) -- Police in Newark, Delaware are looking to identify two suspects who allegedly performed a, 'lewd act,' in public. The incident happened in the rear parking lot of the Galleria Building at 45 East Main Street on the afternoon of Saturday, March 15th. Investigators said the couple was having, "sexual intercourse," in public, "in plain view of numerous passers-by." Video of the encounter was posted on various social media websites, according to police. Suspect #1 is described as a college aged white male with brown hair. He was last seen wearing a green button down shirt, khaki pants and brown boots. Suspect #2 is described as a college aged white female with blonde hair. She was last seen wearing a green short sleeve t-shirt, jean shorts, brown cowboy boots and glasses. Anyone with additional information on this incident or the identity of the two suspects should contact Detective Greg D'Elia at 302-366-7110 ext. 132. Fuck the murders and other crimes there!
