Suicide by Guillotine
The Hindustan Times reported: A man and his wife allegedly committed suicide by decapitating themselves using a guillotine-like device, which they created at home, so that they could offer their heads for a sacrificial ritual in Gujarat’s Rajkot district, police said on Sunday. Hemubhai Makwana (38) and his wife Hansaben (35) killed themselves by getting their heads severed by the blade of the device in a hut at their farm in Vinchhiya village, sub-inspector Indrajeetsinh Jadeja of Vinchhiya police station said. The husband-wife duo executed the plan in such a manner that their heads rolled into the fire altar after getting severed, he said, adding that a suicide note was found at the spot. There's gotta be some visual documentation on the subject. |

It happening in India very often means there is footage/pictures of it. I'll keep my eyes out for it.

HermanShocker had something on this a few years ago. It stated that self-decapitation is REALLY rare. I think it was in the post where some German guy built a guillotine that he used on himself, and the text was that there are only 3-4 known incidents where this has happened. Uh............FIVE, now.  Seems like an AWFUL lot of work to go through, when you can just inhale helium, or suck on the end of a gun barrel. I mean, it's SO MUCH FUCKING WORK, that I would give up on the project, and go see a movie, or watch Gilligan's Island on TV, or something else that wasn't such a pain in the ass to do. Maybe they just should have ordered a pizza and played a game of "UNO". |

Yeah, REALLY! They were clever enough to build a guillotine that worked, but too lazy or stupid to get the cheapest video camera (OR EVEN A CELL PHONE, FOR THAT MATTTER!) and record it for us here at DR! Fucking MOOKS!!!  If they couldn't do that ONE LITTLE THING for us here at DR, then maybe they should have just continued with their sad and miserable lives until they ended naturally, and skipped giving themselves an easy way out. (Especially since they didn't deserve it!) I hope their volcano gods, (or whoever the fuck it was that inspired this whole event), chastise them mightily in the afterlife!! OK. Rant over now! |

Assuming three censored parts of the photos are body parts, it appears they took turns. First hubby. Then wifey dragged his body to a mat, reset the blade and took her turn. Just my guess.
