Updated the full story. This quote pisses me off. They act like the AfD is "gloating" because they dared say "I told you so". Then go on to say this is an "abuse" of a system - WHICH WAS THEIR OWN FUCKING POLICY. There was no abuse. They refused to deport him. They refused to jail him. According to Article 16, no one can apply for asylum who enters through a secure third country. This means that no one under the Constitution may apply for asylum which is not arrived by plane.

thats the dublin 2 law. its a European law which merkel broke by letting millions of em in without sending them back to the first eu country they entered.

BTW - the syrian refugee bomber was denied asylum 1 year ago and should have been deported to Bulgaria cuz he asked for asylum there first.

i really wonder why Germany couldn't set him in a bus 1 year ago. its ridiculous. u get denied asylum and still have germans pay thousands of euros every month.
