A Strange Death
Not sure where to put this as I don't have a gory picture just a strange and sad story. My friend's adult son died this morning after inhaling 'chemicals' at 3:45am in his garden. I'm stunned but curious to know what kind of chemical is potent enough to kill you outdoors (as opposed to in an unventilated place) he was apparently heating them up. Here is a link to the story: http://www.itv.com/news/london/2015-...t-london-home/ |

Re: A Strange Death
It's easy if you're intentionally making an effort to inhale them, in order to get high.

Re: A Strange Death
Hydrogen chloride (Bleach, ammonia, water) could quite easily burn the interior of a persons throat if inhaled and result in asphyxia. If then mixed with hydrochloric acid, the resulting fumes would be extremely dangerous. But then you'd have to be an idiot to try that.

Re: A Strange Death
He was a troubled man and yes, I do believe drugs have been involved at some point. From what I've been told he was heating something up.... Can you get a hit from a less than lethal dose of cyanide?!?! As far as I have learnt he possibly died of cyanide poisoning. Awaiting autopsy results and inquest. |
