That was the title of the article. It is one I didn't make up myself, but, agreed. It is misleading.

The only thing I changed is that it referred to the women as two lesbians and I changed it to a couple, which they were, at the time of the pregnancy and birth of the baby.

I think part of the problem is that in a lot of places (states, cities, counties, whatever) the laws haven't caught up to societies needs for laws to protect gay couples. Gay people are denied more rights than just being able to marry.

Also, people are so ignorant, they think gays and pedophiles are one and the same.

There was a story a couple of days ago about a transgendered woman that people bitched about using the ladies' room. They were worried about, "What if children came in?"

Kids have to be taught prejudice! They are not born that way! When a child enters the bathroom, it is for one purpose!

They use the toilet and try to get out of washing their hands, lol!

I am so glad I was exposed to every possible gender and sexual identities young and never had those prejudices.

I did, and still do, treat people how I wish to be treated, unless I've seen them on a pedophile list!
