so it's a felony if a man does this to your daughter, but it's just a misdemeanor or means nothing at all if a woman does this to your son? fuck that shit. if some fucking bitch had ever messed with my boys i would have totally turned her in to the police, and i would have made certain the info was spread around the entire neighborhood.
I don't think it should be a felony either way. There was no sex, only talk of sex and pornography. I think a 14 year old can think for themself. At 14 if I felt uncomfortable I would have left, but I wouldn't have felt uncomfortable. I would have thought it was cool that I was being allowed to drink and watch porn and possibly getting sexual attention from a woman.

While I understand you wanting to protect your sons, at 14 there is nothing to protect them from.

first of all, don't bet on a 14 year old being capable of saying no to an adult in authority over him, (especially in the face of peer pressure). i was molested by my uncle at the age of 15 and the sheer shock, and fear of his authority over me, especially because he was a pastor, froze me in place.

can a drunk 14 year old think clearly enough? will he make the same decisions in front of his friends that he would make if he were alone?
