Re: 'Snaketivity' Display Set Up at Michigan Capitol Draws Supporters, Opponents
Have you never worked with numbers or taken 6th grade algebra? The black vote went up only 5% total from when Bush was in office. When Bush was in office it was 90% and 88% of the black vote going democrat. Sure if every black person voted republican it would change the dynamic of the party system as we know it, but we are talking about reality remember? You want some more numbers, I'll feed your addiction. The total number of voters in 2012 was 129,085,403. The total number of black voters was 17.8 million. That means the black vote contributed to only 13.8% of the total vote. With the 9.47% increase of 1.7 million votes from 2008, it gives EXACTLY(as I said) a 1.3% difference in total voters. Which would have made no difference in any possible way. Yeah.. that must be it! |

In fairy tale land, anything is possible.. He lost because once all the blacks went for Romney, all the latinos went for Obama and since they have 23.7 million and 11.5% of the vote, their voice means more than black voices. By almost twice.. |

Re: 'Snaketivity' Display Set Up at Michigan Capitol Draws Supporters, Opponents
I don't know why you're laughing, you are just being ignorant. Your 1.3% increase has nothing to do with this argument. Let me break it down even more simple. More than 9 out of ten blacks voted for Obama. I have been saying, if more than 9 out of -10 blacks voted for Romney, he would have won. If we use your black voter percentage 7.25%. That would mean Obama would get approx 6% let's votes. And Romney would have gotten approx 6% more votes. That's a twelve percent swing.. Which would make all the difference. |
