You should rerun your numbers. Those are the two largest voter demographics in America.
And I haven't checked your 2.6%. But I know that's not a swing percentage. Blacks where 12% of the voters. So 93% of that would be much higher than your number. Not to mention, you take away basically 10% of Obama's votes, then add that 10% to Romney. That would be around a twenty percent swing.

When Bush was in office it was 90% and 88% of the black vote going democrat. Sure if every black person voted republican it would change the dynamic of the party system as we know it, but we are talking about reality remember?

The total number of voters in 2012 was 129,085,403. The total number of black voters was 17.8 million. That means the black vote contributed to only 13.8% of the total vote. With the 9.47% increase of 1.7 million votes from 2008, it gives EXACTLY(as I said) a 1.3% difference in total voters. Which would have made no difference in any possible way.
