Smelly or dirty passengers may be asked to disembark from public transport in Warsaw under new rules approved by the Polish capital’s authorities.

The rules come into force on 1 July, a time of year when trams, buses and the underground can get stiflingly hot during warm weather. The new regulations say: "Persons endangering security and order or exposing passengers to discomfort during travel due to lack of elementary personal hygiene (dirt and odour) can be called on (...) to maintain orderly behaviour or to leave a vehicle or metro station." City councillors were not unanimous in backing the new rules. Thirty-one voted in favour, 14 were against and nine abstained.

I'm all for that in every European country when it comes to public transportation. Some piss smelling filthy rancid people around sometimes possibly spreading god knows how many bacteria/diseases in that way.

I call them scratch and sniff people! When their stench hits you and you look around to find the source the first thing you see them doing is scratching at their fleas like a barn cat!

this is actually a very good idea who knows what diseases or viruses can be on dirty smelly raced people being clean when around others in a compact space is a awesome idea hope it happens all over the world.its a selfish and douch move to go into a buch of people and crowds knowing your dirty and sick or carry viruses onan unwashed city person or on there smelly clothes.
