It seems like it would be a waste of time and money to go after people for singing the birthday song. I doubt they would end up receiving enough money in judgements to cover legal fees.

That gives me an idea. I am going to trademark and patent the vowels in the alphabet. So the next time any of you fuckers uses the a,e,i,o,u in a sentence, you better be ready to pay me, or learn to talk only in consonants.
