Just another day in Murica. People will say that this is not the right time to talk about what should be done to prevent these shootings. In a couple of weeks nobody will remember this. Even the big shooting in Las Vegas was forgotten very quickly.

What's there to talk about? People treating others with respect? Stop bullying others online and on schools, streets, etc..? Not having children out of wedlock? Being good parents? Stop pushing religion out of the mainstream? All good points that would greatly reduce these violent episodes. You're right, this is the time to discuss these things. Fuck those pointless strawmen arguments about guns. Guns have always been part of our culture, but mass shootings have not. |
