I hope they find the bodies. Are they going to wreck it? Did anything happen to the captain? Legally, I mean.
It's going to be dismantled. The captain is facing multiple charges of manslaughter.

The ship will stay there until next spring, as many works are needed before they can drag it: now they'll have to attach empty tanks to the right side of the ship (which was submerged), then they'll empty the ones already attached to the left side, now filed with water: this will help the ship to float.
After doing that, they'll start the works to make it strong enough to survive the winter storm season.
Finally, it will be dragged to some harbor (likely Piombino) where it will be dismantled.

The captain's trial is trial still under way;
so far five people have been sentenced to between 18 and 34 months for multiple manslaughter, negligence and shipwreck in exchange for pleading guilty.
The captain's lawyers offered to accept a sentence of three years, five months in return for a guilty plea, but the Court rejected the request.
According to the prosecutor he would virtually face up to 2,697 years in prison, but most likely he will be sentenced to no more than 20 years.
