You think that's rough? Check out Port Moresby in Papua New Guinea, it's always in the bottom ten of the worst places in the world to live for good reasons. It's standard to have high concrete walls with broken glass on top. A military mate of mine used to mountain bike around the city, but the kids would throw sticks into his wheels to make him fall so they could rob him. Corruption is rampant, and the heat and humidity never ends.
