Re: A Second Message to America
I was watching the videos again and I'm wondering, do you think the "sawing" of his neck was faked? It looks like he starts to saw, but there is no blood, and I realize they cut away quickly, but geez, you would think there would be some blood. That made me wonder if that was for show, did they just chop off their heads with a sword, but put on that show for the US, to make it seem more horrific. Lets face it, having one's head sawed off seems much more barbaric than a sword. Not much, but still. The heads laying on the bodies look convincing, but you are right, it does not make sense why they did not show the beheading in it's full glory. Not that I want to see it, but to believe something, we need to see it. |

Re: A Second Message to America
Avoid conviction, would be motive to stage a two part murder/message. If they find out who the guy on tape doing the sawing is, capture them, then try to convict them of the actual murder, an un-edited version of the tape could surface freeing the guy of charges. And the actual execution could have been carried out off film.

Re: A Second Message to America
How do they not add up? 132 for 1. They only ask 6.6 for the women, obviously Muslims don't put much value on women. And you add the other man that was just beheaded which we can assume his ransom was also 132. That's 270. They have more Americans, even if it's just a few more. The fact of the matter is if we paid the 132 million for the first guy. The next guy will be 150 million, and the next 175. That's how it works, which is why America doesn't pay ransoms. Isis isn't trying to work out a friendly business transaction in hopes of building a business relationship. They're trying to bend us over. If we pay 132 million for Foley. Every American held captive is worth 132 million. We can't pay it for one and refuse the next guy. But isis will raise the ransom each time. Because they already established a American is worth so much. |
