The fact that American oil production doubled under his presidency, and at one time overtook the Saudis for number one in the world, says otherwise.

I've heard Obama say a lot of negative things about Canadian oil, but American oil, not so much
I'm not saying he hasn't, but it's not a priority.

Don't know if you watch the news, but when Obama visited Saudi Arabia the crown prince ( or grand poobah whatever ) refused to meet him at the Tarmac.
