How does the Kremlin plan to evacuate the russian citizens that are currently in Turkey, whether they are on short vacations , business, or extended stays?

The Russian visitors to Turkey should be retrieved from the Terrorist state, or terrorist-supporting state.

Nato is going to ignore the possible convention violations, but maybe Russia will not ignore the shootdow and the subsequent killing of that pilot as he was attempting to parachute to safety. Yes, this should be addressed, and the shooting down of the RESCUE helicopter should not be ignored, overlooked, or excused..

The Turkish holiday resorts are not actually dangerous for Russians. They are just saying that to hurt Turkey obviously. Russian tourists usually bring billions to that country.

The truth is since Russia decided to get involved in the mess in Syria, they would have decreased their travel to the area anyway.

Russia is a terrorist state as well, and are too supporting scum. Russia blew up its own people so they could engage a war with Chechnya. And then assassinated cops, prosecutors, journalists, and local and federal officials to cover it up.

Turkey is no worse or better than Russia. They both are lead by lying pieces of shit. Russian jet was flying over another country after being warned for more than a month to not do it. And Russia is lying to the world when they say they didn't. Even breaking out doctored flight path graphics.
