Re: Riots in Blackpool
Doesn't hold a candle to BLM 2020... two weeks of rioting = $2B USD in damages and theft. That's approx. $143M [£112M] [€135.5M] per day. White folks in UK are just too nice...

Re: Riots in Blackpool
Do you know where he fought ? I'm interested because I come from a military family. My grandfather fought in France and Belgium in WW1 then re-enlisted for WW2. He received the Military Cross for acting 'with complete disregard for his own safety and repelling an enemy attack whilst critically wounded.'

Re: Riots in Blackpool
I took a picture of his medals but my sister has them. I saw St George's Cross on one and it said Burma on the another I think. I even posted those pics here on one of my other profiles years ago. If Pakistanis (Indian Army?) were sent to Burma then he was one of them. I have no other information. Never even met my father as he died shortly after I was born. Edit: he was a gunner. I think those pics are in a thread that Flaka started. It's in the WC. |
