It is strange you bring this up. I was just telling a friend of what happened to an officer where I live. I was at a friends apartment (over-top of a restaurant) when the door bell rang non stop for a good 2 min. I went down to check and it was some guy trying to get into the store at 3 am. I did not open the door until I saw him start to get aggressive with the window. I tried to talk to him while calling the police. After a little bit he started to calm down and shoot up. Right after doing so he slumped down until officers arrived. After hand cuffing the man against the wall they began to pat him down. I screamed at the officer... "Watch out don't go in his pocket" The officer stopped and I told him he had a been using a bunch of needles. Sure enough after putting on his gloves and carefully removed a needle, point end up. He was thankful as hell and later on we found the man was HIV positive. |

Good for you!  Once they find out they are HIV positive, so many of them just want to take as many people with them as possible, ti seems.  |

Dumb ass. Again, personal responsibility. If he wore a glove he would be fine. You play you pay, especially in freaking Africa which is infested with AIDS.
