I think the world has limited resources and we should be minimising wastage as much as we can. Food takes energy and resources ~ fertiliser, farm machinery, transport of the meat by truck etc If we're not careful then eventually we'll have polluted the waterways and used all the fossil fuels. Why waste if you don't need too? Typical western consumerist attitude to think you can do whatever the fuck you like b/c you paid for it. Fucking sheep. |

"wasting food" - for real? That's what population control is for (in terms of meat) and, well, I don't recall there being a bread or vegetable shortage in the last million years, so I think that wasting food is the least of our worries. We have "wasted oil" to worry about for this generation. |
