Much of Africa is a shithole with some fucked up people who slaughter innocent children or force them to become soldiers and kill their family. In Tanzania they chop off the limbs of albino people for their witch doctor potions.

It's also a well know fact that raping a virgin will cure you of AIDs.

I would think that the moderates are too afraid to stand up and condemn and villify these acts and the perpetrators. Cos if they do, theyll be joining them. Fear; works a treat.
