Hard to say where it's coming from, but there was a 4lb seizure of fentanyl in NE Indiana not more than a month or so ago. Keep in mind fentanyl is given in Microgram dosages because of potency. Not even MGs.

So if someone does a 10mg shot of fentanyl that they thought was heroin, it's too late by the time they even press the plunger on the syringe

Same situation up here in Canada. Here in BC fentanyl-laced heroin is everywhere. I haven't heard of carfentanyl-laced stuff yet, I'm sure it's around though. The RCMP busted some operation a few weeks ago for making and distributing fentanyl tabs; police investigated another for simply possessing a tablet-pressing machine for their small legit business. Other cops have seized shipments from China.

I tried looking for it but can't find it but someone posted an interview with locals on Facebook saying that the police had already put the kid in the system and charges against the parents were made. One way or another this poor kid

It says he called an ambulance, but I've personally seen Narcan save opiate OD victims lives on more than 1 occasion. I believe he could have saved them if he had actually tried or wanted to. Maybe put a rush on the EMTs. That's complete bullshit.

I also live 1 state away so ive heard the rumors of the fentanyl and carfentanyl laced heroin over there. I know firsthand they could have been saved. Its all around my area as well. It's a shame that poor kid had to go through with that.

Fuck em. They're grown ass adults. If they wanna play with heroin that's fine but you gonna deal with the consequences.
