Re: Police Officer Shoots Puppy After ‘Fearing For His Safety’

Any time you see any cops around, get your dog inside immediately. You never know when they're going to come onto your property - usually in search of a suspect.

Dogs and cops don't mix. Nice dog or not.

Cops don't mix with anyone.

A 10 month old "puppy" could be huge depending on the breed of dog.

Puppy in this case is a rather loaded word.

It's also a word that has a lot in common with that officer's gun, evidently.

This is 100% the result of just ANOTHER IRRESPONSIBLE DOG OWNER.

Should have shot the owner too.

Re: Police Officer Shoots Puppy After ‘Fearing For His Safety’

I have a couple of rescue dogs. Their previous owners were cruel to them. My wife and i have worked with these two, they just love attention and highly love kids. They are no threat unless they know you are and can sense that. We live across the street from a jail house run by the police here! We decided to train them not only to be a family pet but also to protect us. They wont do any thing with out verbal command. How ever my concern lies within that jail house. They do not seem to like the people that reside in there. OfC aftering doing some probing into whom they are and why they are their. These are rapist that are a lvl 2 or lvl 3 offenders. My dogs will go nuts if they see them. They love people other wise but do not take kindly what so ever to convicts who are on house arrest. What I do not understand is why these people are so close to us with kids a day care behind them. and a family across the street from that. These are freaking offenders who repeat offend. They know not to come near my property, thank god! cause i do worry about my wife when im not home, but i know in the security of them two my family is safe. Are the other people around these POS? The officers who come by that house daily never have a problem with either of my dogs. Infact they will give em treats if they see them out side doing their business

What state do you live in and is it an honest to God jail or a halfway house type residence?
