"Only in America". Truer words were never spoken. Is there anywhere else in the world that has limitless law suit demands? In Canada (I'm 99% sure) all law suits are capped at $100,000. Makes a hell of a statement from the moment of filing that the plaintiff likely has an extremely valid argument and strong case if a law suit is filed.
