Phillip Hughes (Cricketer) Dead at 25!
He was hit with a ball while playing in a match two days ago. Taken from his Wikipedia page He was in an induced coma for two days before finally dying today. Pretty amazing! |

Shit happens, if the guy was any good he wouldn't have taken his eye off the ball like he did. This is why he was often dropped from the Australian team, poor technique.

Ironically this was quite a slow bouncer about eighty odd k. Medium-fast bowlers usually get it down about 120-130 k |

It's insane that a seriously injury or death has to occur before they start changing protective gear. And I'm not singling out cricket. This type of shit happens in every sport.
