Philadelphia Man Turns The Foreclosure Tables On Wells Fargo
An inspiring story from Philadelphia as a homeowner forecloses on (that’s right, forecloses on) a sleazy big bank. Wells Fargo tried to force Patrick Rodgers into paying for an exorbitant home insurance policy, and then broke the law by ignoring Rodgers’ written requests for a response. After the bank refused to pay resultant fines, a judge ordered a sheriff’s sale on its downtown branch. yea, buy something you can't afford, then blame the bank for a lack of responsibility. he's lucky the bank screwed it up.

He probably bought it when it was worth more, but then it tanked like the rest of ours. He had a good appraisal, there is no way he should be forced to pay a higher insurance premium. Good man!

That didn't have anything to do with it. The bank wanted him to insure his home for over 8 times the value. I think the bank just wanted to forclose on his home. Good for him  |

This smells of fake.. I cant see how any person can issue a forclosure of a bank, let alone get a sheriff involved to forclose on a bank when the bank only owes fines. Somethings fishy |
