Re: Philadelphia Is About To Be America's Largest City To Decriminalize Marijuana
That was the title of the article exactly as printed. I thought it was appropriate. Bitch, bitch, bitch, bitch... For the record, I have never bitched about anyone's title, even with misspellings and bad grammar! If you have an issue with my titles, don't read them. See? Very easy! Thank you, azdesertsnake01! I was going to ask the person to put his or her joint down long enough to notice it said, "city." |

It happens to everyone. Sometimes if there is a major smoke screen between the person typing and the computer screen, meanings can get lost, lol.

Re: Philadelphia Is About To Be America's Largest City To Decriminalize Marijuana
I hate the word decriminalize, it's still a misleading term. It's still not legal to smoke there, same as it's not legal to block a fire hydrant with your car. I did notice it said "city".. Who gives the fuck about a city when entire states actual have fully legal access to herb. The title of this article should be, "Philadelphia reduces marijuana penalties". That would be non-sensationalized. |

I don't see that it is sensationalized, but no biggie. I can't think of a better way to word it myself in order to get the two main points through.
